How do I permanently delete my username?

Currently, we don't permanently delete usernames, even if the accounts have been inactive for a long period of time. If a site is shut down, that username will not be available for new registration. Sorry :-(

Although the username won't be deleted forever, there are several actions you can take to delete personal information on your Xanga site.

  • Delete your old web entries.
  • Delete your profile pictures.
  • Delete your profile info.
  • Once you've deleted all personal information, shut down your site!

Please note that after you shut down your site, you will NOT be able to sign in to your account again to read or edit your entries. So make sure you want to do this!
